When I worked for Spencer's Gifts I was just an intern. But as interns we were tasked with designing real stuff for real stores. It was just a matter of if your designs were chosen for the stores. This particular year I happened to be the only Graphic design intern to get a design in all of their hundreds of stores across the country. It was one of my most shining moments as a brand new graphic designer. And on top of that, they even extended my internship because they liked my work so much. I eventually had to move on to bigger and better things, but I will never forget the
